Social Gathering

Venue: Han-yang Won Korean Restaurant in Monkok

Number of participants: 18 students and 4 engineers

This joint University event was held by HKU, PolyU and UST Student Chapters.
In the event, we were honored to invite, the IMechE YMS, Mr. John Chow, Mr. Ricky Kan, Mr. Dicky Poon, Mr. Eddie Cheung and Mr. Franky Shum to attend the event.
The event started at 7p.m. and ended around 10p.m. Everyone talked actively. They shared the interesting events happened in their universities, discuss about the coming event for IMechE. Also, YMS committees told us a lot about their jobs, and gave us opinions about the event in IMechE and University.
In conclusion, this Joint University social gathering gave the Student Chapters a good chance to get know with each other. In addition, with the participation of YMS committees, it is also a platform for Student Chapters to understand more about the engineering world.
